Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Lee Shadrick
I was born in 1980 to parents who loved the Lord and took us to church. I placed my faith in Jesus at the age of 5 as my mother led me to the Lord. I enjoy sports, though you will find me being disappointed by the Michigan Wolverines, Dallas Cowboys, L.A. Lakers and the Chicago Cubs. I also really enjoy cooking and trying to perfect different dishes.
In 2004, Rachael and I were married, and everyone agrees that I married up! Rachael and I enjoy having people over to our home, and I really enjoy getting to fire up the grill! Rachael loves reading and taking care of her chickens. She has always been a constant blessing in whatever ministry opportunities God has opened up for us.
God has blessed our wonderful family with two daughters. Julia, our oldest, was born on February 11, 2013. She is a wonderful and sweet young lady who loves to sing, and is also talented in drawing and writing stories. Grace, our youngest, was born on February 8, 2023. We were relieved when she wasn’t born on her sister’s birthday. She is a fun, loving, and normal 2-year old.
My family is my first ministry, and they enhance our ministry to those God brings along our path. I graduated from Tennessee Temple School of the Bible in 2004 and my path in ministry has been anything but a straight line. God has taught me many things throughout the years in my life and in ministry. He has given me a burden to teach His truth to His people from His Word. I strive to be faithful to Him and to make His truths accessible to all of those who have ears to hear. I pray daily that He helps me see people through His eyes and love them right where they are. These verses have been on my heart recently as a good summation of the calling and responsibility that God has chosen to give to me.
2 Timothy 4:1 - “I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and teaching.”
